            I have been involved in the Human Services field for approximately 17 yrs. For the past 2 years I have worked for North Cariboo Aboriginal Family Program Society.  I have a vast knowledge of human services issues, and resources in Quesnel. I have superior teaching/ training skills, time management skills, facilitation skills, thinking skills and communication skills. I consider myself to be a team player. -         To provide Therapeutic care for emotionally, physically, behaviorally damaged.  I have worked with children with a wide range of behavioral problems including violence, alcohol and drug abuse issues, suicide to name a few. As a therapeutic parent my roll was to counsel the youths on a variety of life issues they were facing.  The position required the caregiver to write behavioral reports to Ministry of Children and Family Services Team. To develop and follow a Comprehensive Plan of Care.

-         To provide age appropriate recreational activities as well as support, guidance and a counseling roll to emotionally, physically and behaviorally damaged children.
